We collect only the minimum information required to operate the service:

• Email address — for authentication and sending alerts
• Competitor URLs — the publicly accessible pages you choose to monitor
• Usage data — basic analytics on how you use the dashboard
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Monitor the competitor URLs you provide
• Send you email alerts when changes are detected
• Send your weekly intelligence digest
• Process your subscription payment
• Respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your competitor monitoring lists to any third parties under any circumstances.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Vionra:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Resend — email delivery
• Google Gemini — AI summarisation of detected changes

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security practices.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enabled. This means your data is isolated from other users. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

Scraped competitor page content is stored to enable change detection. This content is from publicly accessible websites and does not contain your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. When you delete your account, all your data including competitors, snapshots, and intel changes is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your competitor monitoring data
• Opt out of marketing emails (alerts and digests are service emails and cannot be opted out while subscribed)

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy
